A comprehensive Fleet Risk Management System

Your Risk Advisor will:

• Review your existing fleet risk management documentation.
• Provide hands on support to implement a fleet risk management system for your company, including:-
  - Policies and Procedures
  - Driver handbooks / Vehicle Assignment Agreements
  - Driver Information records
  - Vehicle check records
  - Claims trend analysis
• You will also have access to our on-line risk management system (ProAktive Information Portal - PiP), which will allow you easy access to your documentation and provide you with an overview of your fleet risk management status and progress.

Driver Licence Checks

Through our on-line risk management system, you will have the facility to check your drivers licence information, direct with the DVLA database - saving you time and improving the reliability of the information.

Driver Risk Assessments

We will help you to undertake a ‘suitable and sufficient’ risk assessment for each of your drivers, through our on-line risk assessments.

The assessment will test the competence of your drivers and enable you to target training, and risk reduction activities for those drivers who need it most. Your risk advisor will assist you in deciding which drivers should undergo further training, based on their risk profiles.

This training may include one or more of the following options:-

• E-learning programmes via our on-line risk management system -  gives drivers a baseline knowledge of driving best practice
• Safe Driving Seminar delivered by our fleet risk management experts - helps improve driver awareness through our educational and enjoyable seminar
• On the Road Driver training - intensive one to one driver training, universally recognised as the single most effective way of reducing driver related incidents
• Specifically targeted practical driver training such as, young and in-experienced drivers, UK familiarisation for foreign nationals, LGV’s, minibuses.
